Excellent find! Family Drive-in, with fair prices and great food. Tenderloin was pounded flat and nicely breaded. Twice the bun size. Shrimp Basket with Toast - Yummy. State Fair Corn dogs were standard fare, but done well. Ice Cream comes Vanilla, Chocalate, or Twist. Cherry Shake had good size real cherries. Outstanding Service from the Ladies on staff -THANK YOU!! BONUS: Great history conversation with a "Regular", as he enjoyed his coffee and Slice of Peach Pie & Ice Cream. Nothing changes here... Great Locally-owned drive-in with great food. We come every 6 weeks or so from an hour away!

I went to Holden just to eat here. I saw the menu added fried pickles and they were pretty good. The burger is quite good, and so was the banana split. I got my order exactly right. And there's just something about these drive-ins. It's super good and comparable to AJ's Dairy Bar and Estes'.

Excellent 4.00 burger (no fries) and delicious pork tenderloin sandwich. It had a crunchy crust that didn't fall off when you bit into it. It needed more salt, but most food in Missouri does. What made this pork tenderloin extra good was that it wasn't just a slab of preformed pork, it had great texture and just the right amount of fat, not dry at all. Nice family business, support local businesses!
